Melt is a handmade, home-style ice creamery that “serves happiness with every scoop." The bright, playful yellow complements and contrasts effectively with the black and white to represent the happiness that yellow subconsciously perceives. Advanced photoshop techniques were used to create the multi-layered ice cream cone on the front of the brochure and the ice cream scoop layers on the flavors page. The type treatment of all subhead lines is a youthful, hand-lettered type I created in Illustrator. In addition, all iconography of the catering options, storefronts, and ice cream cartons is hand drawn in Photoshop. Most elements in this brochure are hand drawn to immolate the playful, youthful happiness that Melt brings to its customers.
